SEEKING CAPITAL
We are seeking either an angel round between $100K to $250K, or a strategic investor. Funds will be used to
develop the camera prototype and processing system, using mostly existing hardware and software, with some proprietary
IP added to it. This capital raise will get us through Alpha trials with a world-renown India eye hospital.

ABOUT THE VENTURE
EyeInnovation, a spinout of MindForce Consulting LLC, is a Tele-ophthalmology company formed to deliver a low-cost Tele-ophthalmology platform based on the mobile cellphone technology supported by a strong IP portfolio. The technology will provide preventive diagnosis of critical impending disease states allowing people to live healthier lives and avoiding blindness through early intervention. The company will take a unique approach of fusing robust cellphone technology (with a 5+ Megapixel camera) with a powerful proprietary software platform and compression algorithms. The initial application of this platform technology will be focused on the early detection of Diabetic Retinopathy. The diabetic retinopathy detection market has been estimated at $300 Mln globally and growing strongly as retinal cameras permeate to the primary care institutions.
CURRENT VENTURE TEAM STATUS
We have assembled a Venture Team of 6 people, including a faculty member of the Harvard Medical Center who is a
prominent opthomologiest who has helped launch a few successful entrepreneurial ventures. In addition, one of the MBA GlobalNet members
has assumed the CEO role. In addition, we have 4 advisors as part of the Venture Team, playing an active role during this creation/definition stage.
