ABOUT THE VENTURE
Over 100 million people in the US unknowingly are insulin resistant, affecting not only the obese,
but also those of normal weight.
This silent condition precedes the clinical signs of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular
disease by many years and treatments are available, but no effective clinical test for this
condition exists. A strong IP portfolio supporting a novel, simple, and accurate test is
available and an experienced management team supported by a stellar advisory board has been assembled
to commercialize this important technology.
We are very pleased to have legal representation from Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley for corporate structure and capital raising, and GTC Law Group in Boston for IP due diligence and strategy.
