SEEKING LICENSEES/REFERRALS
Our goal is to create multiple exclusive and non-exclusive license transactions as we representating our client, a major biomedical institution, in finding non-medical
business needs that will showcase the potential of this statistics technique.
MindForce will receive a royalty fee for our efforts for each licensee, and internally we have a formula to share this fee with individuals who make initial introductions
as well as those who stay to assist us with the closing process in order to make the deal occur.

a) You have an inquisitive mind, love thinking "out of the box" and thoroughly understand the Internet, consumers, and business decision processes.

c) You are interested in making introductions (and staying on the closing team as an option) to your network to create sales/selling opportunities. You will receve a 10% share of MindForce's licensing fee for a "warm introduction."

CURRENT LICENSING TEAM STATUS
We have assembled a Licensing Team of 5 people, including two Licensing Team Leaders. We are working closely with our client, as well as the
key scientist/inventor. We have completed all marketing materials, and are entering into serious negotiations with various companies, as well as a strategic partner.
As this technique has many potential applications, we are looking into the potential to spin-off new business entities, form joint ventures with individuals and companies, that are focused on
specific industry uses, in order to showcase its value, i.e. the power of allowing consumers to view their optimal choices.
