SEEKING LICENSEES/REFERRALS
Our goal is to create multiple non-exclusive license transactions as we are the exclusive representative to a major university for unlocking
the potential of this terrific technology into the telecommunication marketplace. We are always looking for individuals who want to join our Licensing Team
and to help us sell, even if it is only for a "warm introduction". We will receive a royalty fee for our efforts, and have a formula to share this fee with individuals who make initial introductions
as well as those who stay to assist us with the closing process in order to make the deal occur.
KEY APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSEES
· High speed data services on mobile devices, cell phones, and wireless networks
· High speed data services on fiber-optic, cable, Ethernet, and Cat 5 wired networks
· Real-time, loss-less compression of mission critical, financial, or medical data
· Low-latency, multi-channel, compressed data storage and data serving
GET INVOLVED: NEED YOUR EXPERTISE. PLEASE HELP
a) You have extensive knowledge of the telecommunication industry related to the input and output of data to and from the mobile phone, cell towers,
and large public and private data networks.
b) You are interested in making introductions (and staying on the closing team as an option) to your network to create sales/selling opportunities. You will receve a 10% share of MindForce's licensing fee as we are representing
the IP Owner, a major university.
ABOUT THE IP FOR LICENSE
This patent-pending IP is a high-speed, exclusive streaming, data compression process. Today, most data and web content (not video or audio) compression techniques center around compressing, transmitting and reconstructing large blocks of data, imagine an entire paragraph. Our IP transmits data by word boundary. Not only is this fast, but it can be implemented in either software (available in C code), or hardware configurations, even on a cell phone, without major power trade-offs. If licensed by major network phone carriers and added to their new cell phones, it will provide more efficient use of the network data capacity, too.
CURRENT LICENSING TEAM STATUS
We have assembled a Licensing Team of 6 people, including an extremely knowledgeable Licensing Team Leader. We are working closely with our client, as well as the
key scientist/inventor. We have completed all marketing materials, and are entering into serious negotiations with telecommunication companies.
