HOW WE BUILD OUR CLIENT TEAMS -- A STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

(Please Note: This entire team-building process takes one to two months, on average, although it can take much less time, too, depending on the opportunity)
Step 1: Having An Initial Consultation
We will schedule a one-hour free consultation with the client and our proposed Team Leaders to discuss your opportunity. We want to learn what you've done to date, your goals and timeline, how you want to work with us, and most important, by asking questions, we need to determine if we can help you.
Step 2: Assessing The Opportunity
If there is a good "fit," and, most important, if there is mutual interest to proceed, MindForce and the client will discuss and agree, in principle, to a blueprint for proceeding, including the baseline of an economic structure.
If this initial consultation goes well, MindForce will construct a core group of professionals culled from its core consultants, Global Innovation Group members and MBA GlobalNet (see diagram) who have the right expertise. Each person has agreed to listen to a one-hour call about the opportunity.
Step 3: Initiating A Phone Meeting
This phone call takes place with the key technology owner who is most knowledgeable about the opportunity. The potential team will listen and ask questions, but not provide free advice.
Step 4: Assembling the Team If "Mutual Fit"
From what is learned and if mutual interest to proceed, MindForce will agree to assemble an official MindForce Team. This team will consist of one or more MindForce consultants, including one or two Team Leaders, and an appropriate number of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who commit to joining the Team. Every team member has to demonstrate keen interest and passion to be involved. Most likely, the Team members will be many of the same members on the initial phone call, but not always.
Step 5: Defining Our End Goal
As a group, we will have additional conversations among ourselves and with the IP Owner to define exactly what we can do, meeting milestones to achieve financial incentives, and also to strategize our future transaction exit.
Step 6: Making The Proposal
Our proposal will include fee arrangements and exactly what we will do. Mindforce will work with the Client to structure the most appropriate working relationship based on the Client's financial capabilities, projected MindForce role, upside potential of the opportunity, and the most likely economic structure to be used as a baseline for a deal.
We are not adverse to structuring our deals with a low upfront fee for our initial marketing and analytical efforts (best execution analysis, writing business plan, sales packages, etc.) based on our involvement, but expect to be nicely compensated for our backend success depending on starting a new venture or finding licencees, and milestones negotiated and achieved.
Step 7: Entering Into Contract As Partners
Client and MindForce negotiate contract terms and MindForce IP Team is hired. Our partnership begins.
